Are there age or ID requirements to enter the event?
Yes, guests must be 21 years and older to attend.
What are my transport/parking options to the event?
Complimentary valet parking will be available at the venue.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
We love animals; however, no animals are allowed except service animals. Also, please do not bring any outside food and drink.
Can I request my seating arrangement?
We cannot accommodate special seating requests. The only "guaranteed" seating is sponsors and those who purchase a table of ten. If you want to guarantee being seated with friends, please consider either of these two options.
Is my ticket transferable?
Your ticket is not transferable.
Do I need a bring a printed ticket to the event?
No. So long as you have registered by clicking here or by contacting the MHS Donor Relations Coordinator, we will have your name and table assignment at registration.
The name on the ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, the name on the registration and ticket must match.
What is the refund policy?
We are expecting this event to sell out. Refunds will only be issued until Monday, August 28, 2017 so we can resell any tickets that become available.
Is the cost of my ticket tax deductible?
The Maui Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and $22 of each ticket's total purchase price of $175 is eligible for a tax deduction. Please consult your tax professional if you have any additional questions on this issue.
How will the silent auction be conducted?
